Delete your My Money Analytics account
You can request permanent deletion from the app or website. The same protected process applies on Android, iOS, and web.
Request deletion
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Choose Privacy & data, then Delete account.
- Confirm your email and complete the security check.
What happens next
Access is locked immediately. We disconnect linked financial institutions, disable notifications and devices, stop supported subscription renewals, remove your identity account, and delete local profile and financial data. Provider failures are retried before local Plaid credentials are removed.
Subscriptions and retention
Apple subscriptions must be canceled in the App Store. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, and non-identifying completion records may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve disputes. They are not used to recreate your account.
Cannot sign in?
Email support@mymoneyanalytics.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
